You may have heard interviews with daring individuals who’ve warped their minds with hallucinogens and, when asked if they can describe their experience, they say… “words are simply not enough.” For those who are reluctant to distort their vision with exotic heterocycles then take a listen to this auditory experience and ask yourself…how would I describe this?
A more conventional pop song than last submission – I mean… some of the instruments are actually being played in the correct time signature! If only I could learn to sing in key it might be a little less painful to listen to. At least it was fun to make!
What happens when the critic is away? Madness I tell you – here’s ‘Dance MotherLover’ – I guess at least someone is happy the pandemic appears to be over for the Time being…!
OK, here’s another song that is probably (!) not the best song in the world ever, but this was a fun song to make (I couldn’t decide if I should leave my giggles in as they’re not really part of the melody…). Coronavirus was spreading around the globe so creating this song was a nice escape. I hope YOU have some place you can call sanctuary. All that gloomy media can get you down if you’re not careful. Listening to this song will take your mind off it (there’s nothing like my singing voice to distract you from your own thoughts!).
This collection of sounds turned into a joke, despite not being comical. Regardless, it was fun to make! I think towards the end I sound a bit like an exasperated Micky Flanagan (with his pint of milk and a cut loaf). Probably not the perfect song but rather a step along the path towards it…
Today’s track is a bit of a wailer if I’m going to be totally honest with you. There’s a section that really only a Vogon would love. Now that I come to think of it, perhaps that is who my target audience is! Anyway, I had much fun annoying the neighbours with this track so I thought I’d share the love and so you, too, can now annoy your neighbours by playing this really loud! (Of course, just remember not to expose your own ear drums!). ™
I’m enjoying spring and took a break from the weeding to plant this fresh track! Sorry for the blatant advertisement on the song cover – now-a-days anything free has advertising on it! Well this track was free and it doesn’t have any advertising!
…except for the bit on the song cover…
I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it! ™
A mellow number this one, something about the planet being blue… who knows what I’m mumbling on about? Not me! Anyway, enjoy this one and, as always, be sure to stopper your ears with candle wax prior to listening for maximum enjoyment!™
This song has been haunting me for months. It’s a mash between two songs – the start/ending began on piano and morphed in to what you hear now. I think I’m getting further from achieving my goal of the perfect song and closer to just making songs for fun – you never know maybe fun and perfect intersect somewhere down the line™
